◆About the Characteristics of Our Products◆

Almost all of our products are "used and one-of-a-kind."
While we take great care with images and descriptions, there may be scratches, stains, or details that we cannot capture or fully explain.
We will take responsibility if the product differs significantly from the description, but we cannot guarantee against minor discrepancies. Therefore, we recommend that you ask any questions you may have in advance.
We will answer as carefully as possible, so please do not hesitate to ask.
Also, we have many products made from natural materials, such as jewelry.
Natural scratches and chips are not covered by our warranty, so please understand.

 

◆Regarding Customs Duties and Other Taxes When Shipping Outside of Japan◆

※For deliveries outside of Japan, customs duties will be charged separately.
・Customs duties, taxes, and associated fees are not included in the order payment amount. After shipment, these will be the responsibility of the buyer.
・Please check with your nearest customs office in advance regarding the amount to be charged.
・Regarding payment methods, the shipping company will contact the buyer after shipment to collect the payment and pay it to customs.
・If you refuse to pay customs duties after the item has been shipped from our store, we will refund the amount minus the full amount incurred for return shipping.
※Even if the item is returned, the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties.
