*Rules differ for international shipments. Please check in advance.

Almost all items handled by our store are "used items/one-of-a-kind".
Exchanges are difficult, so we only offer "refunds".

Returns due to "customer reasons" are accepted if the conditions are met.

You must contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items that have not been used since arrival.
Items that have not been altered at the time of purchase, such as resizing.
*For unopened items such as home appliances, they must remain unopened.
*For other used items, trying them on is acceptable. Please consider carefully.

 

◆[Customer's Convenience] Returns◆

[You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and other actual fees incurred].
*[Watches and jewelry only] For items priced at 30,000 yen or more including tax, there is a return guarantee = the above costs are not required!

 

◆[Returns due to our store's fault]◆

In the case of returns due to our store's mistake, we will handle the return at our expense and take full responsibility.
