We strive to ship as quickly as possible, but sometimes items are out at events or other occasions. In such cases, shipping may take longer.

◆Shipping Company Outside Japan◆

DHL (FedEx for orders over approximately 5000 EUR)

 

◆Regarding Customs Duties and Taxes for Shipping Outside Japan◆

*For shipping outside Japan, customs duties must be paid separately.

*Customs duties, taxes, and associated fees are not included in the order payment amount. After shipping, these will be the responsibility of the buyer.

*Please check with your nearest customs office in advance regarding the amount to be paid.

*Regarding payment methods, the shipping company will contact the buyer after shipping to collect the customs duties and pay them to customs.

*If you refuse to pay customs duties after we have shipped the item, we will refund the amount minus all costs incurred for return shipping.

*Please note that even if the item is returned, the buyer will be responsible for paying customs duties.
